Fusion: hos_SplitEXR 1.7

Added a Fusion version check to the script so it should work more reliably (when it detects a version below 7.5 the eyeon module is used, otherwise the bmd module is used.)

Again, in order for it to work in Fusion 7 and 6, rename the extension back to .eyeonscript

  1. Does this work in Fusion8.1 on OSX and Windows7?
I get this error when running the script:
…t/Blackmagic Design/Fusion/Scripts/Tool/hos_SplitEXR.lua:80: attempt to index global ‘file’ (a nil value)

  2. If I use the Script from Default Script path (C:\Users\…\AppData\Roaming\Blackmagic Design\Fusion\Scripts\Tool)
    I got :
…t/Blackmagic Design/Fusion/Scripts/Tool/hos_SplitEXR.lua:49: attempt to call field ‘split’ (a nil value)

If I use the Script from Software install Path (C:\Program Files\Blackmagic Design\Fusion 8\Scripts\Tool)
    I got :
…t/Blackmagic Design/Fusion/Scripts/Tool/hos_SplitEXR.lua:80: attempt to index global ‘file’ (a nil value)

    I have Fusion 8.0 on Win7.

    any idea?

  3. This worked for me:
    1. Copy your plugin to the folder ‘FUSION_FOLDER\Scripts\Tool\’
    2. Be sure that the folder ‘C:\Users\YOUR_USER\ScriptPrefs\’ exists (if not, just create it)
    3. Start Fusion 8 using ‘Start as Administrator’

  4. Gui opens, all ok, but hitting “OK” send this:
…g\Blackmagic Design\Fusion\Scripts\Tool\hos_SplitEXR.lua:42: attempt to index global ‘file’ (a nil value)

    Any help?
